Proxy logon redirecting to server instead of proxying
It doesn't seem to be proxying the traffic after logon - it's redirecting me directly to the mailbox server. My understanding is that once logged in, the user should stay on the same hostname (that of the proxy server), but their traffic is proxied through to the correct mailbox server. Else how are...

Proxy logon redirecting to server instead of proxying
We've moved from a single to multi-server setup and have a mailstore and a proxy server. We've now just added another mailstore, and I've moved a couple of test mailboxes to it. One thing we're noticing is zimbra is redirecting to the mailstore server directly instead of using the reverse proxy. ie ...

Zimbra proxy on port 7071?
Hi Sebas, This is 8.5.1. The proxy server does not have a zimbraAdmin, so my point is there should be no conflict at all. I'm able to proxy https from 443 on the proxy server to 443 on the mailbox server, and I'm not sure why I can't do the same with zimbraAdmin (7071 on proxy to 7071 on mailbox ser...

Zimbra proxy on port 7071?
We're building out our Zimbra setup and have moved from single server to multi server. We've now got a proxy/mta server, and a mailbox server. The proxy server forwards normal https (443) to the mailbox server also on 443. Ideally I'd like to be able to proxy the zimbraAdmin on port 7071, but I don'...

Always show BCC field when composing?
We use BCC extensively and since upgrading to 8.5.1 we've noticed the link to show the BCC field has moved to now be a two-click process (Options->Show BCC), instead of just one.
Is it possible to set a preference to always show the BCC field?

Yeah I'm using CardDAV. I haven't set up EWS as I've read it crashes Mail, and the fix isn't due until 8.6

OK, what about contacts who I have loaded in OSX/iOS by taking photos, or facebook etc? The contact photos show in mac mail, but they don't in Zimbra.

Most of my contacts have photos on my phone and mac, thanks to facebook/linked in syncing. Is it possible to sync these photos to Zimbra so they show in webmail?

zimbra proxy redirect loop for alternate IPs
I'm trying to set up a zimbra proxy on a new server. It works fine on the default IP, but we've got many virtual addresses, and for those we just get an error 014/11/23 02:31:50 [info] 10801#0: *1491 client sent too long header line: "X-Forwarded-For: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, 127.0.0.1, 127.0.0.1, 127...

IMAP deleting messages
I'd imagine this is expected behaviour. Otherwise if you had two IMAP clients for the same mailbox and deleted a message on one, the other one would put it back up on the server and the message would never go away. Unless doing a specific action (eg sending or moving a message), IMAP will mirror the...
