I have figure it out, and case resolve. What I did to resolve this as follow :

• Restart Rsyslog server on Logger Host

• as Zimbra user, run /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmloggerinit command

Server status now updated as expected.

I was follow guidance from https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Removing_A_Mailstore, and everything seem to be OK except in Server Status still showing zmconfig services of decommission...
