You either need to make sure that the 32-bit one is the default, or that Zimbra explicitly picks up the 32-bit version. Setting JAVA_HOME (either in your environment or by editing the ${HOME}/zdesktop/bin/zdesktop script, should do the trick. Regardless, you really should look in the ${HOME}/zdeskto...

Having just been through a similar problem on x86_64 Fedora 19, I suspect that you're missing the 32-bit JDK/JRE package. You might have the 64-bit version, but, unfortunately, the 32-bit version is required because zdeskop has a 32-bit shared library that needs to be loaded. Part of the problem her...
