Oh I got it displayed in Admin Console by granting Admin Views access from Admin Console > Manage > email address > Admin Views > Account Migration.

What "RIghts" should I enable so delegated domain administrator could access Tools and Migration tab in Admin Console and perform Account Migration via Migration Wizard?

We use Zimbra 8.7.11 NE on Ubuntu 16.04.3. Any help would be much appreciated.

How did you perform the upgrade from 14.04 to 16.04? My Zimbra 8.7.1 is busted after upgrading to 16.04.
