You have to get a trusted signed cert.

I has this issue before. You may try the following:
as user zimbra: zmcontrol stop
as user root: rm -r /opt/zimbra/jetty_base/work
as user zimbra: zmcontrol start

Release 8.8.15.GA.3869.UBUNTU18.64 UBUNTU18_64 FOSS edition, Patch 8.8.15_P10.

You may need to add a second interface with another ip address to bind the ports to zimbra.
