I would suggest to go for IMAPSYNC. It is very easy to install and an excellent tool for migration. I personally migrated from G Suite to Zimbra, Postfix/Dovecot server to Zimbra. You just can not copy and paste the /var/mail directory from your current server to Zimbra as both servers mailbox directory structure are not same. You may use IMAPSYNC for migration. Please check below links.
