I would use the windows feature to send file "Send to" you get when you right click on the file to be sent.
in practice I should make my zimbra default server rather than programs such as Outlook or similar.
could you tell me a way to achieve this result?

I resolve my problem with this zimlet.

Test it and you will a backup of one or more emails in a folder. Drag and drop is used.
