Hello.
I'm running 8.8.9 and after last update webcal is not working with Outlook any more.
Access denied.
With Ical is working well.
Any ideas?

We use with a big success mail piler - open source and free. As on your solution all emails go bcc to piler. Piler is configured to authorize user on zimbra ldap. Search is super fast. It was big surprise how well and easy it works and integrates. You can set auditors etc.. Have fun!
