From the above logs, what is your main problem? Accessing mail with POP3/IMAP/Web or mostly problem with sending and receiving email? If you got trouble with accessing mail, try to looking at /opt/zimbra/log/mysql_error.log but if you have trouble with mail transaction, better to see Postfix/Clamav...

After the upgrade from 8.6 to 8.7.2, everything seems normal. Then the services started dying and restarting themselfs. This occurs at around 5-10 min intervals.
