I think you'd better to setup one distribution account with 20 members. Ask external to send this distribution account.
For internal you can use Grant Send As DL permission to send emails.

How to disable one account to receive email
I am going to setup one special account, eg: re-reply@domain.com. This account is able to send email only, but it is disallowed to receive emails.

How to enable view mail on admin console for 2nd domain
Hi, Recently I added 2nd domain on our zimbra server. But I found one issue : I can not use view mail function for 2nd domain name's email account. But for 1st (default) domain name, view mail function has no problem. I would appreciate anyone could provide some useful solutions. Thank you in advance.

During installation, you can choose N to install zimbra-network-modules-ng. The installation has no problem.
But, after installation, you try to update "yum -y update", the system still pops up the same error.
