hey, we had the same problem.
i've renamed the dll to shutdownaddin_.dll and now its inactive. outlook is working, synchronizing, stops when i close it and opens again without problems.
i dont know what is it for...

Outlook crashes with Exchange and Zimbra Account at the same time
Dear all, i have a problem on several computers. I have a zimbra account with the connector version 8.7.1.1661 and an Office 365/Exchange Account in one profile. Email works fine but when we open the jobs or a calendar entry (from the exchange-account), outlook crashes with Application Error Event 1...
