I have problem in TLS .. "smtp_tls_security_level=may"is changing to "smtp_tls_security_level="

Hi guys,
i have a problem in zimbra (ie.after deleting user account in zimbra on that time it is getting deleted afterwards again tha same users showing )

Plz help me to resolve the problem

no error message was showing while installation and i check in admin console the ssl is installed correctly showing the new things
i restarted zcs also but the https showing not secure
after adding exception only the zimbra will work

i followed the below link for installing ssl certificate

Before installing ssl also same issue was there(ie,https not secure)

zmcontrol -v

Release 8.0.7_GA_6021.RHEL6_64_20140408123911 RHEL6_64 FOSS edition.

Commerical certificate i installed newly

my zimbra https showing not secure when opening in browser how to resolve this issue.Kindly suggest me solution
