I am searching for an answer for this exact question. I would like to link IPs addresses to the usernames they are passing that are failing login. Anyone have any ideas on how to link the two?

Does anyone know if it's necessary to backup the cache files (ehcache-disk-store.data) found in subdirectories of mailboxd?

Obviously the common thread here so far seems to be the use of the iOS mail client, but I have two other users on the server with iOS devices who are not experiencing the issue (yet, anyway). Same goes for me. All the users impacted are iPhone users but not all of my iPhone users are having trouble...

Your first problem appears to be the exact same one I am having (viewtopic.php?f=13&t=63339). For those users whose accounts get locked, are they having trouble logging into the web mail as well?

Did you ever figure out the cause of this problem? If so, what did you do to fix it?
