Not sure if user found his answer or not, but I have encountered this issue with W10-64 and Outlook 2016 CtR and Z-conn 8.7.10.1711 (I believe). My solution has always been to do a repair or reinstall of the connector. I know user claims this was done to no avail, but it has never failed me. Perhaps...

Try doing a repair on the Zimbra connector from Control Panel's Programs & Features. It has worked for me on several occasions.
