If the license was activated after installation, you will need to restart mailbox service
As zimbra user,
zmmailboxdctl restart

Admin console should work with no errors after zmmailboxdctl restart.

Yes, there was typo in PHP package version. Release notes have been updated now.

You can monitor logs such as mailbox.log, nginx.log, /var/log/zimbra.log for any errors post installation. Do you see any errors/exceptions during mailbox start in mailbox.log?

At this point, I am not sure if its Mac Calendar issue or Zimbra issue. We are tracking this issue with ZBUG-3713
