Thunderbird to Zimbra - .ics file import fails!
Hey guys, I have the exact same problem as described in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=19&t=60223&p=284026#p284026 I just cannot import my .ics file from Thunderbird into Zimbra. I'm getting a parsing error. In Thunderbird, there is an option in the calendar for "Offline-Support". Wh...

Re: Import of GCal Calenders not working "parse error"

Re: Postfix DSN=5.0.0 (domain.com) status=bounced
Okay guys, you wont believe it, but I managed to fix this! FINALLY! Will add the solution just in case anybody will stumble upon the same issue! The whole thing was actually really easy and pretty straight forward to solve. All I had to do (yeah this sounds ridiculous) is to use the following comman...

Re: Postfix DSN=5.0.0 (domain.com) status=bounced
Am I understanding this correctly? You want Zimbra to host the email domain 123.de, accept all inbound emails to any address on that domain, and then relay those emails for that domain out someplace? If so, why not just set up domain catch-all forwarding? I haven't done this in a few years, but som...

Re: Postfix DSN=5.0.0 (domain.com) status=bounced
Nobody with the same problem and/or a solution or hint? This is really driving me crazy and I really dont know what to do.. I even made a clean install of Ubuntu and afterwards a clean ZIMBRA install. Still the same 5.0.0 bounced problem. It is as if something would hinder the very last step before ...

Ok, thanks for clearing up!phoenix wrote:That's not possible, you need to install the packages supplied by Zimbra. If you're having problems sending mail then you have a configuration problem, nobody else seems to be having any problem like that.

Standalone Postfix - Leave out the ZIMBRA MTA?
Hey guys, is it possible to install ZIMBRA without its "own" MTA? Since I always got a 5.0.0 bounced error while trying to send mails, I had the idea to install postfix as a standalone version BEFORE the installation of ZIMBRA itself. During the ZIMBRA installation, I would uncheck the MTA...

Re: Postfix DSN=5.0.0 (domain.com) status=bounced
Hey, what do you mean by "splitting the roles through different services"? Please elaborate :) My main aim is to avoid the bounced status while trying to catch all incoming mails with the @123.de domain for a static mail address I created in the ZIMBRA admin zone (lets call it dump@123.de)...

Re: Postfix DSN=5.0.0 (domain.com) status=bounced
Hey, I modified the main.cf in the /opt/zimbra/common/conf folder since there is the path to ZIMBRA's postfix MTA. After some days of testing, restoring snapshots and shedding many tears, I had the idea to do a clean reinstall of ZIMBRA and leave out the MTA (postfix) when the setup asks which parts...
