Re: Upgrade from 8.8.9 GA to 8.8.11 GA Community

Hi,

thank you for answer.

I read release notes and requirements in detail but couldn't find any information about upgrade from non-last version.

I would do comprehensive backup before upgrade.

Re: From contains filters don't work

It works!!

If I put Header Named From contains EMAIL_NAME, filter works.

Now I understand, Zimbra's From is MAIL FROM (not visible to clients), for visible From (that one in header) it should be used Header Named From

Thank you for your time and help!

Regards,
Ivan

Re: From contains filters don't work

Hello, thanks for suggestion, I can confirm that From contains works with email address! I still think that it should work with email name, today many systems reply from one email address but put different Email Name. I hope it will be fixed to work with email address and email name in future Zimbra...

From contains filters don't work

Hi, I created some filters for email account in Zimbra Web Client (Preferences => Filters) but they are not working. If I create filter that match "From contains" it does not trigger any emails, not even if I run it manually with Run Filter button. Let say I have many email from Oracle <su...

Major problem with Distribution lists - users randomly deleted

Hi, I am using Zimbra 8.8.9 GA, there is a big problem with distribution lists. I have few distribution lists with 20-50 users, after random time Zimbra deletes random number of users, without any rule or warning! I can't figure out what is the problem, I was using Zimbra 8.8.8 GA than I upgraded to...

Re: Increasing RAM for Zimbra - manual configuration needed?

I tested, changing RAM size in Zimbra 8.8.8 doesn't scale mailboxd_java_heap_size and innodb_buffer_pool_size properly. I need to configure them manually.

What other properties do I need to reconfigure after RAM increase/decrease??

Increasing RAM for Zimbra - manual configuration needed?

Hi, I installed Zimbra 8.8.8 on Centos 7, KVM virtualization, currently I can only allocate 4 GB RAM. I configured everything and all services are working good. I plan to increase RAM to 8GB (recommended) and start production. Do I need to run some command, manually reconfigure mysql, Java for Zimbr...
