Hi, fs.schmidt: Thanks for the quick reply. Is there a way to automatically tag a mail: the Zimlet scans unread emails, and looks at the subject line. If it finds key word like "case#", it tags the mail. User then selects a tagged mail, clicks on button on toolbar to open a web application...

I am new to Zimbra. I have a requirement that user could read a mail, tag it with a case number, and save the tagged mail to a database. It will run on Zimbra desktop. Could anyone suggest the APIs that I need to accomplish this, and any open source zimlets out there that do the same or similar task?
