I had this problem once on a machine with multiple domains. The first domain setup would work fine, the domains setup after that failed.

Is your ISP blocking port 25?

Look in /var/log/zimbra.log for the outgoing mail and see what it says.

Well disabling IMAP had no impact other than shortening my log files and making people mad. This is really frustrating as now I have practically 0 info to go on. I did have a few 400 errors (maybe 10) as posted above, and literally nothing else that reports as "error" or "denied"...
