Hi Sebastian, I had tried to do ldap search manually on the Mail server using below command...Its gives a result as below....Still when i try to do the auto provision its give the ldap error..pls see the mail log entries....any idea where i have to look in to this..? I dont get any idea what causes ...

Thanks Sebastian....I had tried your suggestion..still no luck...please see the log entry....i had crated an new user in AD named as "boat"...but that not able to authenticate to mail server using auto provision.Log says authentication failed for [boat@kimshisnet.com], account not found......
