It is good to finally have a resolution but makes one wonder if one long month of service interruption is really acceptable on mail services. I wouldn't have thought so. I didn't fix this problem but my friend is. Problem was wrong version of JAVA he changed to right version and DNS resolving which crashed before in former update.
