I have installed Zimbra 10 and setup it as it should be. I can send email but can not receive anything.
I can telnet it from outside on port 25
any idea?

FINALLY this worked, I downloaded it from your link and installed it and now it works as it should.

Before I tried 20 times even chatgpt didn't solve this.

I have installed zimbra now for 7 times, 3 times on fresh new server but always the same problem, just can't start zimbra, I get also installation errors.
SElinux is off
