ZImbra has external ports redirected to local ip via a fortigate, so there is direct access, and dns are external. Should i install dnsmasq?phoenix wrote:By any chance, are you behind a NAT router. If so, do you have valid DNS records in your local dns server and hosts file for the Zimbra server?

All are ok, except reverse dns. Can it be the culprit of my problem? The problem is that you've giving no examples that your DNS is OK other than your own comment, post some details of the results that your DNS, SPF etc. are all OK. Apparently you have no reverse DNS for your mail server. I'd suggest you go to some of the online test sites and see what results you get from those. SPF record mainly for sending and MX record is for receiving mail. As I understand, you deployed 2 servers with the same domain? Can you show all your DNS records? Regards, Minh.
