I'd Have bought the NE back in 2020 - but my support is outdated (only comes with 1year support, so they refferred to Forums /wikiphoenix wrote: As you are an NE customer open a support case and see what they have to say.

Well aware that you're not with Zimbra
Its was just for giving the info for all - Since the yellow header says go back to may 11 patch.
