ну все верно - т.к. хранение инфы о ресурсах он кладет в локальный ГАЛ

не пробовал обновить ЛОКАЛЬНУЮ адресную книгу сервера ? например у меня была похожая трабл. каждый раз после внесения изменений в ресурсы делал - zmgsautil forceSync -a galsync.ajz6ko6fj@domen.ru -n LocalGAL после чего в ресурсах появлялось то что мне нужно - будь то преоетор - или кабинет/переговор...

нашел вот такую статью https://forums.zimbra.org/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=66613 где не рекомендуют но советуют попробовать отключить OWASP .. что я и сделал и то что мне надо - заработало . т.e. если в вложенном изображение есть ссылка (не важно какая хоть HTTFRP://) она работает , конечно это решен...

т.е. или есть где то проверка на то чтобы вложенные изображения имели ссылку в виде http:// https://
или ...на этом мысли останавливаются
