Just tried - Firefox X64 win10, ver. 72.0.2 (last), clear entire history (everything), advanced mode, text or html - it doesn't work. Which version of Zimbra do you have - 8.8.15, patch level? I've 8.8.15_P4 Chrome test, HTML/Text mode, try to attach PDF file - it doesn't work (rebooted server). IE ...

Chrome test, HTML/Text mode, try to attach PDF file - it doesn't work (rebooted server).

IE test, HTML/Text mode, attach the same PDF file - it works.

Reverting test installation back to snapshot

No luck.

I'll try the fix and post the results.

I forgot to mention - I tried HTML/TEXT mode, attach text file, docx, pdf - the result was the same - Chrome/FF didn't work, IE/Edge work.

In end of Nov 2019 and beginning of Dec 2019 I did an upgrade OSE 8.8.10_GA_3039 to 8.8.15_GA_3869, first test environment, then production (at customer site), linux centos 6 release X64. In both cases I first run yum, so I updated the distro, then I updated the OSE. Everything went smotly I didn't ...
