while checking on zimbra root, some activity have build the log files in /var/log/*
Shall I remove the log without stop zimbra services in /var/log?

Then on /opt/zimbra/log, shall I stop zimbra services while remove old log files too?

happen to my team where user will get locked status after few months usage. is there a proper method to trace account locked from log file? I have tried /opt/zimbra/log/audit.log and others

mail was set as imap but not appear in outlook
checking on messages log it show the mail has passed and removed in zimbra.

where else can check on the log where the mail missing?
