After installing Patch 45 for Zimbra 9.0.0, a new key called 'ajax_uri_max_assets_requests_allowed' appeared in the zmlocalconfig output with a value of 20. I have not found any information about this key on Zimbra's GitHub or elsewhere, so I assume it is related to the security update.

I've had a similar problem and it turns out that it could be caused by Eset Endpoint Security. Have you tried setting up the calendar in Thunderbird? I just tested CalDAV sync between Thunderbird and Zimbra 10.0.6 with 2FA enabled and it worked correctly.

I had the same problem. In addition to modifying the /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmdkimkeyutil file, you will also need to disable OpenSSL FIPS mode as described here:

You can re-enable FIPS after generating the new DKIM key.
