The empty email body issue has been fixed and will be available in upcoming Zimbra Connector For Outlook release.

This forum will be update once release is available for download.

Zimbra Connector for Outlook doesn't overwrite the rule.

In webmail also you can create. Go to setting (Gear Icon on the right side) and there it's called Filters.

Could you please do a clean uninstallation and then reinstall the MS Office. And then try to install Zimbra Connector for Outlook?
For clean uninstallation you may take help of "Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant" from here
