How do I install Zimbra with redundancy? Can I find any procedures?

The default number of threads of IMAP on Zimbra is 200. If there are about 300 users, how many threads should I set up? Is 600 enough for that? Can I install free or community version of Zimbra? Are Zimbra 9.0, 10.0. and 10.1 enterprise versions? Is a license key required for the three versions?
