How do you disable the antispam system included with Zimbra 7.2.7?

I am unable to stop Zmibra from filing all emails to Junk. This situation is getting desperate. I will have to deploy another solution if I cannot resolve this problem. We have been using Zimbra for over 10 years at this location without problems and now suddenly 60% of our emails are going into Jun...

Zimbra 7.1.2 anti-spam system has lost its mind.

Does anyone have an idea how to 'reset' it to factory defaults? I use ASSP in front of my server anyway so if the spam corpus needs to be purged I don't really care. I tried just unchecking the anti-spam service in the admin console but although it disappears from the list of running ser...

Palm Desktop Calendar to Zimbra

I have a user that has been using Palm Desktop since forever. He

wants to migrate to the Zimbra Calendar and has successfully imported

his data via an iCal convertor. The problem is it drops recurring entries.

Anyway to import and save them or is he SOL and must commit to some

manual process.

Upgrade 7.1.3 to 8.0.2 failure

As you have surmised, your certificates are borked. You may be able to follow this method prior to running the upgrade:"You can do it through the Admin GUI. Go into the GUI, left hand side select Certificates and then Install Certificate on the tab to the right. This will walk you through creati...

Exporting contact records via tag or grouping

Is there a way as of Zimbra 7.1.2, of exporting contacts via a selection of

some sort? For instance only tagged records, or records belonging to a

specific grouping? I repeatedly have users ask if this is possible for mail

merging operations.
Thanks.

Is there a way to download multiple attachments without getting stuffed into a .zip?

It is very inefficient to have to either download one at a time or download and then unzip the files.

Far too many dialog screens to wade through.
Is there not a way to simply say 'Download All' and have them all be downloaded to a location?
Thanks.

About to leave organization and will lose Zimbra account - need to save all messages

>>Generally speaking most organisations regard 'your' mailbox as company property and taking a copy with you would be equivalent to walking out with a copy of the >>customer database under one arm and a set of Xeroxed internal memos under the other. +1, you could find yourself into a sticky ...
