Issues with split dns.(yes I've read the offical doc)

I don't really know dnsmasq that well, as I've always used Bind, but it seems to me like your problem is related to the fact that when you run the 'host $(hostname)' command it comes back pointing to your external IP address. Looking at your configuration and comparing it to the &quo...

User Sees mail Count in Draft Folder , But No Messages

Not sure if this relates to your issue or not, but I have seen cases where a "phantom" message appears in the Drafts folder; ie Drafts folder shows 1 unread message in the folder list, but Drafts folder itself is empty. What I usually do in this case is start composing a new message, save ...

Networks Zimbra issue

If you run a 'netstat' command on your Zimbra server does it show that it is listening on port 80 for all interfaces? I'd start looking at some troubleshooting tools from the 192.168.2.x network. Maybe something like 'wget' or telnet to port 80 from one of these machines. This mi...

Networks Zimbra issue

Mm as I told you in a past message, we can ping from 192.168.2.x to the Zimbra server, but cannot access Zimbra web client from that network, not typing server's name, not typing IPs server. I know you said in previous posts that you could ping the Zimbra server from the 192.168.2.x network, but...

Problems with IMAP / Thunderbird

Been a long time since I've used Thunderbird with Zimbra, but if I remember correctly Thunderbird lets you choose a folder for deleted items. Maybe a misconfiguration on the client end? Just a thought.

Networks Zimbra issue
Is configured as standar (port 80, http) and clients been configured with LAN IP.
So, when you say clients have been configured with LAN IP does this mean DNS is not working properly in the 192.168.2.x LAN? In other words, can you ping and/or otherwise connect to your Zimbra server f...

Networks Zimbra issue

You shouldn't have to edit any system files by hand to get this to work. Are you configured for standard (http) or secure (https) access? Do you have DNS properly configured? I notice you are trying to access via an IP address.

Networks Zimbra issue

Sorry, I misread your last post. I thought you were saying iptables was running, but you stopped it. Unless I am totally drawing a blank here, I can't think of any configuration changes you would need to make in order to access Zimbra from another network. What is your "gateway"? Is it...

Networks Zimbra issue
OK, iptables is stopped, as you said firewall is not running.
Did this fix your problem?
Has Zimbra any built in firewall ??
No, Zimbra has no built-in firewall. The recommended method is to place your Zimbra server in your LAN or possibly DMZ. Then you would forward por...

Networks Zimbra issue

Not sure if this is your issue or not, but in general you should not be running any firewall on the Zimbra server. I'd double-check that first.
