Install Security Certificate does not appear in Web administrator

Hi .. I have installed version 8.8.12 opensource in centos 7 and I do not see by any side the web option in the administrator to load and generate the certificates ... does anyone know what I can do to enable it? Thank you

Saludos Uso los tradicionales y no me logro conectar... Sin la validacion de seguridad tampoco logro hacerlo... El error que aparece es No se puede establecer una conexión SSL segura con mail.xxxxxx.com Pero puedo ver la cuenta via web (cliente zimbra) y configurar el buzon en thunderbird, outlook, ...
