Re: How to manage antivirus or antispam and add new rules?

Internet currently is roaming through a botnet that sends zip files with js within which it is a malware. How I can prevent such receptions ?, is there any place where I can reject receiving emails containing a single zip with an executable inside?. I am using the latest stable version of Zimbra Co...

Re: Gather mail for missing recipients in my domain to one account?

It wont be a user (or very active) account. We just want to be able to log in periodically (every day od few) to check if there is something useful there, sent by mistake. (also, it might help in advancing our custom mail spam filter, having that much spam gathered on one place) Anyway, figured out ...

Gather mail for missing recipients in my domain to one account?

Ok, so we have a fair number of clients that tend to misspell our e-mails, so we thought that it would be nice if we could gather all the mails sent to us, to unknown recipients under our domain, into a single account.
I couldn't find the way to do so by my self, so is there any way to do it?

Any way to bulk create custom folders and filters?

So, i want to create a custom (lets call it "SPAM") folder in root (next to inbox, junk, tresh...) and set up a custom filter that will file mail in that folder directly.
Is there any way to do it for multiple users at once, or do I have to go user by user and set it up manually?

Re: Problems setting up a backup mail server

can not send a mail via telnet, im getting the following error:

Code: Select all

Could not open connection to the host, on port 25: Connect failed

(tried it on both ports, 25 and the currently set one)
SO, i guess the problem must be with the mx records?
