Our zimbra authentication is using free-ipa
One particular user sent massive spam and when we try to reset that user's password, we found out that she can log in with her old and new password.

Anybody had this kind of issue before?

How do I list down these users via CLI mentioned in https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/ZCS_to_ZCS_rsync_Migration ?

Spam training user
Non-spam (HAM) training user
Global Document Account

you could also configure munin or observium to visualize resource usage. I think this could be related to resource usage.
