This is hitting us as well. Some accounts randomly have been removed from some distribution list.
Zimbra OSE 8.8.15-p1, Centos 7.

I think it's more convinient for you to use relay service with IP. It only costs you about 1.5USD/month/IP.

Hi, it's better to migrate your zimbra to a new system, not doing in place upgrade. You can search the wiki for howto.
