If everything is OK, I think it takes you about 2 weeks for gmail accept your mail server. Just try to let the receiver take action on the gmail such as mark your email not spam, reply your email, etc. Gmail will use those activities to mark your email not spam later.

Hi fayaz, Is it the new zimbra server? If yes, it maybe take you about 1-2 week to gmail accept your server. Normally, I do not use port 465, we use port 587 (smtp submission) and pop3s, imaps and configure firewall to only allow those ports for client access.
