Shared folder to us by other users does work other for exeptions like yours with admin, manager and viwer permissions
Do you get any feedback or just loading ?
Can you try adding a task to the shared folder and see what happens ?

So far we know of an outstanding bug we are working on and releasing shortly that affects the Task section. That is when you have tasks folders within Tasks folders.
What ver of Zimbra and app are you using ?

You could try deleting the app from phone and reinstalling.

Stiller, We have seen some feedback with this issue for users that had migrated tasks into Zimbra from Exchange. Do you have a single "Tasks" folder in tasks ? How many tasks are in the tasks list ? Also if this does not work, try to delete and reinstall app after restarting phone Regards,
