release 7.1.0._GA not support Bulk provisioning extension?
I believe you do it now via the "Account Migration" tool and choose a XML file if you just want to bulk create accounts. I could be wrong, but it looks to do what the old way used to do with CSV file.

[SOLVED] Zimbra Connector for Outlook: Endless Issues
From just reading over the forums here about the troubles with Outlook 2010 seems Zimbra is having trouble keeping it stable. I use Outlook 2007 and its rock solid. I know this does not help you much, but if you have Outlook 2007, I would setup those troublesome users with it.

Best thing you can do since you are not going to upgrade to the latest versions is to enable logging and take a look for errors.

Remote search works fine for me with BES 5.0.28, ZCB 7.1, and ZCS 7.1. Tested using a BlackBerry Bold 9000 with OS 5.

Printing address book omits phone numbers
I just tested it and I am seeing the same issue described above. The only fields that seem to work is the email address and "Notes".
