Domain Migration
Hello All, I'm hoping that if I can describe the situation that you can perhaps point me in the right direction. We are a subsidiary of a parent company. Our parent company wants us to move our Windows AD Domain over to comebine with theirs. We have a completely separate Zimbra email server, and our...

Re: Outlook 2019 freezing
Hi Patrick, thank you for the post: I have Quota: 1,363.049 MB My Zimbra connector is Client 9.0.0.1907 Server 9.0.0_GA_4174 So should I reload the previous version? Because I also had same issues before, hence updating. I doubt rolling back the version would help. Does the problem happen if you cr...

Re: Outlook 2019 freezing
Rony, What version of Zimbra Outlook Connector are you using? I have not had this problem in some time since I've upgraded to outlook Connector 9.0.0.1880. I'm sure there are also newer versions than that as well. Also, does this user have a large mailbox? Outlook will not let them exceed a 50GB lim...

DMARC issues
So I'm trying to get my domain settings tightened up in order to prevent domain spoofing. I've had my DNS hosting provider set up SPF and a DKIM key on my domain and I thought everything was good until I changed my DMARC record to p=quarantine. Then all of a sudden certain recipients were no longer ...

50GB ZDB File
I have a user with a ZDB file over 50 GB. When I move some of his mail to an archive, and try to compress the ZDB file it only compresses the GAL. Any ideas as to why? Also, has anyone had any luck allowing a PST to go over 50GB? I tried these registry settings in the attached screenshot but I'm not...

Re: How to remove this Pop-Up from Zimbra Connector for Microsoft Outlook
Thank you for the explanation. That's pretty much what I figured. Sadly I will probably be going to Office 365. I don't really want to leave Zimbra, but it's not my call.

Re: How to remove this Pop-Up from Zimbra Connector for Microsoft Outlook
Unfortunately no. Most of my users just ignore it. I haven't pushed any harder to find a solution as I'm afraid we'll be going to Office 365 later this year.

Re: Zimbra tab missing in Outlook
That's what Zimbra support suggested. I can't see how its a GPO problem. I have no GPO's related to Zimbra or Outlook, and this is only affecting one PC. It's not a major problem, so I let it go. I can set his out of office for him, but it's still annoying.

Zimbra tab missing in Outlook
I have a user running Zimbra Outlook Connector version 9.0.0.1869. The Zimbra tab is missing. I've verified that the add-in is no longer disabled. I've tried reinstalling Zimbra Outlook Connector, but it's still not reappearing. I also tried setting up another user's profile on the same PC and am se...
