Re: calendar not sending notification emails
Further looking at the metadata, the "d3:apei" entries do not have the notification email address in them, whereas the ones beginning with "d2:add5" do. So, I unselected the email notification checkbox and saved one of the appts that was failing. This action completely re-wrote t...

Re: calendar not sending notification emails
Looking at the calendar metadata in the database: mboxgroupX database mail_item table type=11 For events that successfully send emails, the metadata begins with: d2:add5.... For the events that fail to send notification emails, the metadata begins with: d3:apei.... This is interesting because for ev...

calendar not sending notification emails
Hi All, I have a user with multiple calendars. He has set up email notifications and they work for all of the calendars except one. For that one calendar, some email notifications are sent, but others are not. There's no rhyme or reason as to which ones work and which ones don't. All of the events o...

Re: field input broken in ajax
Hi everyone,
I think I found the problem. I had disabled keyboard shortcuts in users preferences in the admin gui. This is clearly a bug. Disabling keyboard shortcuts should not render the AJAX GUI unusable.
Once I re-Enabled keyboard shortcuts, the problem went away completely.

field input broken in ajax
Hi everyone, This is a weird one... Zimbra Version: Zimbra 8.8.10_GA_3041 (build 20181008051741) Sometimes the zimbra web client wont accept input into some of the fields. For example, if I compose a new email, I might be able to type in the addresses, but not the subject. Or, I might be able to typ...

Re: calendar events that repeat every few years
Just a bump here.... anyone have any ideas, or should I take the lack of responses to mean that it isn't possible?
Thanks to you all,

calendar events that repeat every few years
Hi everyone,
How can I create a calendar event that repeats every 5 years? No matter where I look, I can't seem to find a way to extend the number of years between occurrences.
Thanks,
-Michael

Re: recent increase in bad header quarantine emails
Thanks for the suggestion. Over the past week, these kinds of quarantines have stopped... from all sources. Makes me wonder if "ecelerity" may have issued a patch for the bad characters in the headers they were generating. Whitelisting sources would have been a good idea. It just would hav...

Re: ranked autocomplete lookup fails after upgrade to 8.8.8
Hi everyone, Another bump here. I'm stuck on this one. I've upgraded to the latest release as suggested, but that didn't seem to make any difference. What's so weird is that the ranked addresses are being added to the database, but ZWC just isn't recalling them. They were working fine before I upgra...
