You have calendar tracking enabled. Run ZCOLogCtl.exe (start->run->ZCOLogCtl.exe) and uncheck 'enable calendar tracking'. You can safely delete all those .msg files. Forwarding / Reassigning Tasks
The way to do it is via a shared tasks folder. Its a bit cleaner, no emails to send back and forth and you get direct real-time visibilty to the state of a task.
