In the Zimbra Admin Console under Class of Service --> Advanced there is "Timeout Policy" section and this same section exists at the user level, also under Advanced options.

So, multiple users, multiple PC's connecting to the same Zimbra server. Do you have any "non-standard" zimlets deployed? Do you have any other applications installed that might be "stealing" the arrow keys?

I think you will find that even though the drop-down shows just Contacts and not the sub-folders that you have created, the list of names that is displayed actually includes people that are in the sub-folders.
