How do i insert an image in my signature?
Preferences --> {Account Name} --> Signature. Make sure you have "Format as HTML" selected. You should now have icons in the tool-bar for "insert images" and "insert image via url".

Auto Logout Timeout?
Those are the only timeout policy settings that I am aware of. Could it be something on the users' PC's that is causing the issue, like a screen-save / power setting that is turning off the network or something like that? Also, maybe try changing the timeout policy on these user accounts, even if it...

Arrow keys do not work
I would think disabling the zimlets for an account would be sufficient for testing. I use Email Templates and Sticky Notes, so I don't think those two are the problem. Can't speak to the Read Receipt one. Maybe try creating a new test account. Make it as basic as possible. I'm not really sure what t...

Auto Logout Timeout?
In the Zimbra Admin Console under Class of Service --> Advanced there is "Timeout Policy" section and this same section exists at the user level, also under Advanced options.

Arrow keys do not work
So, multiple users, multiple PC's connecting to the same Zimbra server. Do you have any "non-standard" zimlets deployed? Do you have any other applications installed that might be "stealing" the arrow keys?

Arrow keys do not work
This is a tough one for people to help troubleshoot. In general the arrow keys do work with both the Web Client and Zimbra Desktop. For example, I have tested on Windows XP and 7 and also Fedora 17, with Firefox, Chrome, and IE they work correctly everywhere. I don't think there is anything on the Z...

All zimlets doesnt show up i zimbra desktop
Zimlets deployed on the Zimbra server do not carry over to the Zimbra Desktop. You need to load them manually in the Desktop program. Download the appropriate Zimlet zip file to the PC (or put it in a location that the PC has access to). Then under ZD go to Preferences --> Zimlets and "upload&q...

Selecting addresses from sub-folder in contacts
Yeah, I agree being able to select just the Contact sub-folder from the drop-down list could be useful.
So I leave that functionality as a suggestion maybe for the next versions.
Have you searched the Zimbra bugzilla to see if there is an open RFE for this feature? If there isn't alr...

Selecting addresses from sub-folder in contacts
I think you will find that even though the drop-down shows just Contacts and not the sub-folders that you have created, the list of names that is displayed actually includes people that are in the sub-folders. You can also use the search function there to find names from these sub-folders. You also ...

Question about pst migration
I do not think the Zimbra Desktop has a single data file like Outlook with the pst file. Under a user's ApplicationData for WinXP or AppData for Win7 folder there is a Zimbra --> Zimbra Desktop folder that contains the data. I think you will want to backup that entire folder. Unfortunately I can't r...
