Tags are a property of a user. They're not shared, but I think it's a great suggestion. Open a ticket and tell them holder asked you to have them create an ZRFE.

If you are using the network outlook connector, then something is wrong with the syncing. You should open a support ticket and we'll help you figure out what it is.

This functionality is not part of the ActiveSync or IMAP/POP protocols, so there's no way to do it using those protocols.

The function is available in the Zimbra Network Edition which includes an outlook connector that syncs most everything.
