This did not work on my Zimbra: CentOS 6.6 and ZCS 8.6.0
rsyslog.conf was changed, there is no file /etc/rsyslog.d/60-zimbra.conf in the CentOS install, however the configuration is in /etc/rsyslog.conf, at the end of the file
When checking with
su - zimbra
zmcontrol status
Everything is running.

Will reply myself since I found it:

# su - zimbra

$ zmprov getServer `zmhostname` | grep DNSMasterIP

Great info.

Just one more thing before testing, I would like to know the current DNSMasterIP, how can I see that?

I have a similar problem. DNSCache seems to copy lookups from an outside DNS Server, so when it resolves the server address we get the public IP, but we need it to resolve to the internal with our own DNS Servers.
