To delete all you can open the "Emailed Contacts" folder, and select all (CTRL-SHIFT-A), and then delete.

Zimbra has updated the bug and stated that they moved the "view mail" option to be a network edition only feature now.
Open Source edition users don't have that feature any longer.

But for paperwork purposes I have filed Bug 77477 – View Mail missing from open source upgrade .. if anyone having this issue can update and vote for that bug and let Zimbra note.

There is not.
But using WHMCS's module development package, and Zimbra's API, it wouldn't be too terribly difficult to do.

You can mount it using WebDAV. There are places to limit how large the uploads can be, so it may not be able to be considered a "huge storage space". There are other options out there that are better for this type of task, however.
