Enable mobile sync
You need Mobile Sync checked for the phone to do Active Sync. Wild Guess: the CEO is doing just IMAP for email, and has separate contacts/calendars in the iPhone which are not currently in Zimbra. So, before you reconfigure the phone (just checking the tickbox in the admin console won't change the p...

time syncronization with external ntp server from zimbra 6.0.2
OK, so at the risk of telling you something you already know... When you set up your server, we like to set the clock to UTC and then set the time zone for where the server actually is hosted, along with using the ntp.org server pools for the region where the server is hosted. In Zimbra, when you do...

Multiple IP Addresses problem
In our experience it's not a good idea to allow one's domain to become repeatedly blacklisted; this can eventually impact your "clean" IP address. And sending to a few bad email addresses doesn't generally get you blacklisted. If it were me, I'd either use a mailing service like Constant C...

Can't generate CSR for SSL cert
Glad that worked for you.
Most of the time we have no problem deploying the SSL cert from the Admin Console (just use the SSL cert itself, the GoDaddy Root and gd_bundle certs), but just in case I'd be prepared to do the deployment from the CLI as well -- just in case!
All the best,
Mark

time syncronization with external ntp server from zimbra 6.0.2
You will need to run your operating system's NTP daemon, and configure in the /etc/ntp.conf file the fqdns or IP addresses of the external time servers you wish to use as references. Once configured, your system should update with Daylight Savings changes automagically. There are also time zone sett...

Postfix Address Rewriting
Not sure why the sending client has an envelope recipient on which you need to filter/rewrite; perhaps you are needing to support legacy domains? In any event, Postfix Address Rewriting has a great explanation of the various address rewriting methods available in Postfix as well as some tips on when...

removing a server from multiserver install
In the Multi-Server Installation Guide there is a section on LDAP replicas, containing the steps to add (and remove) an LDAP replica. You may need to go through the steps to remove the LDAP replica from server C before running the zmprov ds command again against server C. Please keep us posted as to...

Can't generate CSR for SSL cert
[quote user="1763floor"]I'm trying to generate a CSR to renew the SSL cert for our Zimbra mailserver. We're currently using 6.0.6_GA_2330.UBUNTU6_64.NETWORK. When I go to Certificates -> Install Certificate -> click on the name of the mailserver -> Generate CSR -> Fill in the information a...

Multiple IP Addresses problem
I'll wait for the update then; not sure why one of your IPs you believe will be backlisted.
