open relay??
If you did that, nobody would be able to send you e-mail. What happens when someone at gmail wants to e-mail you? Gmail's server doesn't have a username/password on your system. To your server, gmail is just another client connecting to port 25 trying to send some e-mail to your users.

ZimbraHelpAdminURL
Its the url that you get when you select the Help menu in hte upper right and choose "Help Center". Its probably cached too so you may have to flushcache (not sure which cache) or restart zimbra for it to reflect a change

Lost with DB scheme - tried to solve NO_SUCH_ITEM
maybe try reindexing? I think the error is consistent with your findings. NO_SUCH_ITEM means it can't find the mail item in the db, as opposed to NO_SUCH_BLOB where hte item exists in the db but not in the message store

Explanation of total mailbox size vs size of /opt/zimbra/store

Route messages internally to secondary mailserver(different location)
set the webmail mta host under mta settings to your mx server, that will make it so all e-mail even zimbra internal will be routed externally

Zimbra 8 Auto Provisioning not work
one thing. try changing your search base to CN=Users,DC=techlead,DC=local
Might not be the issue but I seem to remember encountering a time once where for some reason not using caps for CN, DC caused problems
