I have a whole lot of computers that I am getting this error on and doing a manual download and then a manual update on all the machines is really not all that feasible. Is there a fix coming for the update from ZD coming any time soon or does Zimbra know what the error may or may not be?

I get the same thing on ZD 2.0 for Windows. What kind of error description is "unknown reason".

I am having the same problem but only within Zimbra Desktop 2. It works great within the web client.

We are running ZCS 6.0.9_GA_2686.UBUNTU_64 and Zimbra Desktop 2.0. When a user attempts to print a shared appointment, they get "Unauthorized Access". The user has either Manager or Admin privileges. They are able to print from the Zimbra Web Client though. Any help with this please.

So I had to reinstall ZD and then it worked. I couldn't just remove and add the account again within ZD. Is this a bug in ZD or what?

So here is where I am at. I setup the GAL after I installed ZD, and as far as I am concerned that shouldn't matter, but apparently it does. What I did, just for kicks, was to uninstall ZD from my computer and then reinstall it to see if the GAL would work, and it did. But I still have a small proble...

It all works in web console but nothing in ZD 2.0. The wierd thing is, is that it almost seems like there is an "interal gal" setup because when I do a search or autocomplete using the GAL it returns only accounts that are setup for Zimbra. i.e. I have user1, user2, user3, etc setup as acc...
