Saving attachment in shared folder to briefcase
Most likely, you don't have access to the Briefcase of the user who shared the mail folder to you. Everything inside of a shared mail folder is done using the access of the account being shared, not your account. So a "briefcase" link on a message in a shared folder would link to the brief...

iOS devices and Zimbra powered comcast.net email
Configure the iPad to use Exchange ActiveSync to connect to the Zimbra server. Then, it will sync the Calendar, Tasks, Contacts, and E-mail into the standard apps on the iPad. Then just use the standard mail, calendar, addressbook apps on the iPad. Works extremely well (we use that here). If Comcrap...

Would be interesting to see if Google's new mod_pagespeed would make a difference with a generic Zimbra install.
Page Speed Family
Anyone feeling brave enough to test it?

Secondary Email accounts?
I have multiple domain names and at least one email account per domain. They are separate accounts and are not aliases. I would like to though be able to manage them all within the same zimbra webmail interface. Ive been told this is possible, but I am not seeing any o...

How to move around Zimbra without the mouse
Sorry, didn't see which forum this was posted in.
My bugs are for keyboard navigation throughout the Zimbra web UI. Which would trickle down (I believe) into the Desktop since it's based on code from the Zimbra web UI.

Don't know about BESx, but there's lots of progress on the BES 5.x bug.

They're also cumbersome and slow, especially for people who type really fast, know keyboard shortcuts by heart, and don't want to remove their hands from the keyboard.
Just because a computer has a mouse attached to it doesn't mean it should be the primary/main/only form of input and control.

Unfortunately, there's a lot of places in the web UI that are not navigable with the keyboard. Even tab skips over some fields on some pages.
There are bugs/RFEs in bugzilla to improve this. Search for them (I've posted a couple so search on my name) and vote on them.
I don't think BES will work yet with Zimbra.
Uhm, BES most definitely does work with Zimbra, and is required to sync BBs to Zimbra. BES 4.x is currently supported, with progress on supporting BES 5.x. It's only BESx (BES Express) that is not yet supported.

Zimbra BB Connector 6.0.7 was recently released that simplifies things and removes the requirement for having Outlook running (still needs to be installed).
Requires upgrading to Zimbra 6.0.7 as well.
